Back by popular demand, Airbourne Aviation will be holding an evening workshop on SkyDemon.

SkyDemon has revolutionised navigation for recreational aircraft in terms of ease and safety. It is probably the most used navigation app in the world.

Packed with lots of helpful tips and insights into useful features, Airbourne instructor Martin will first take you through setting up planning and navigation options. Then we’ll create some aircraft profiles and plan some routes. Finally we’ll look at how best to use SkyDemon in flight and some key safety features that you will want to know in an emergency.

The workshop will take place in the conference room next door to Airbourne’s offices at Popham Airfield, 7pm-9pm, Wednesday 18th of June.

The evening is open to all, students and solo hires alike, members and non members. It’s a great opportunity to meet fellow pilots, have a chat, exchange tips and share a story or two. Maybe it’s time to start planning that trip or find a flying buddy.
